Each month to celebrate all of that months birthdays we will have a pizza party for lunch and ice cream for dessert! Yum! 

Please note that all tuition payments are due on the last day of the month for the coming month

For example: April's tuition payment would be due March 31st. 

All payments received AFTER the 1st will be charged a $10 per day late fee.

Forms of payment accepted are:
*Checks
*Cash (Receipts will be given)
*Money Order/Cashiers Check
*Bank checks from online bill pay
  (Banks will send me a check
  when you pay online. You must
  do it so the check arrives
  Before the first.)

Please note that you may pay before the first using any of the above methods and NOTHING will be deposited before the first of the month.


Shoes:  Only Velcro or proper slip on shoes are allowed.
NO Boots (of any kind), Tie shoes or flip flops are to be worn to school.
NO shoes with any type of high heel on it.
NO shoes that do not properly fit the child, either too small or too big.

Jackets: Please put your child’s name in ALL jackets, sweatshirts and sweaters.

NO hats, scarves, or gloves are to be worn or left at the school.
We do not go outside if the weather is cold or it is still wet, therefore there is no need for these items.

NO umbrellas are to be brought into the school and/or left here. Please leave all umbrellas outside the door before bringing your child into the school.

Why do we have these policies?

Our #1 reason is for the safety of the children. Children need proper shoes in order to play safe.

Our #2 reason is for simplicity.
Our major focus is on the children and making sure that their day is filled with fun and learning in a safe environment, not worrying about which jacket is theirs because there is no name on it or trying to keep track of unnecessary items such as hats, scarves and gloves.
 

Children under age 8 must be properly buckled into a car seat or booster in the BACK SEAT.

Children age 8 or older may use the vehicle seat belt if it fits properly with the lap belt low on the hips, touching the upper thighs, and the shoulder belt crossing the center of the chest. If children are not tall enough for a proper belt fit, they must ride in a booster or car seat.

(FYI: 4’9” is the height requirement. The weight requirement has been lifted)

Everyone in the car must be properly buckled up. For each child under 16 who is not properly secured, parents (if in the car) or drivers can be fined more than $475 and get a point on their driving records.

If for some reason your child will be absent please call us before 9:00am to let us know.

Also remember that we would like all children to arrive before 9:00am.

Both of these things allow us to plan our day accordingly.

Please check the coat racks for your child's lost items. Please remember to put their name in each item of clothing that may come off during the day.

If we are on a late start we will open at 10:00am.
